Job Description
  • Our client is a global vendor and provider of leading identity access management (IAM) solutions.

    They are looking to expand their US Direct Enterprise sales team, and looking to hire a number of individuals based throughout the US.

    In particular we are keen to speak with individuals located in:

    • North East - Mid Atlantic
    • South East
    • South (Texas)
    • Central North
    • North West
    • South West

    Interested applicants will demonstrable experience of selling identity access management solutions and into Enterprise customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Devise and implement a strategic sales blueprint to attain sales benchmarks and revenue objectives within the designated territory.
    • Identify and assess potential business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach to enterprise customers.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to grasp clients' identity access management requisites and pain points.
    • Collaborate with internal technical teams to craft bespoke solutions tailored to fulfill clients' distinct needs.
    • Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
    • Formulate and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing arrangements in conjunction with the sales management team.
    • Foster and sustain robust relationships with existing clients to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products and distinguish our offerings in the market.
    • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales management.

    Requirements:

    • 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a specialization in identity access management solutions.
    • Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets and catalyzing revenue growth.
    • Profound understanding of identity access management concepts, technologies, and best practices.
    • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation aptitudes.
    • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-centric environment.
    • Willingness to travel as required.

    The Package:

    • Base Salary : up to $150,000
    • OTE : up to $300,000 (Uncapped)
    • Package Based on a 50/50 split
    • Benefits : 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, etc
