Job Description
  • Our client is a global vendor and provider of leading identity access management (IAM) solutions.

    They are looking to expand their US Direct Sales Engineering team, and looking to hire a number of individuals based throughout the US.

    In particular we are keen to speak with individuals located in:

    • North East - Mid Atlantic
    • South East
    • South (Texas)
    • Central North
    • North West
    • South West

    Interested applicants will demonstrable experience supporting the sale of selling identity access management solutions into end clients, providing technical expertise throughout the sales process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to grasp customer requirements and formulate technical solutions tailored to meet their identity access management needs.
    • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to spotlight the features, functionalities, and advantages of our identity access management solutions to enterprise customers.
    • Act as a pivotal technical liaison between customers and internal product development and engineering teams, offering insights on customer requirements and aiding in solution customization.
    • Contribute to the development of technical proposals, solution blueprints, and deployment plans to address customer needs and specifications.
    • Execute proof-of-concept (POC) deployments and evaluations to showcase the efficacy of our solutions in real-world scenarios.
    • Provide adept technical guidance and expertise throughout the sales cycle, including addressing technical queries, conducting product assessments, and resolving customer concerns.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in identity access management to adeptly position our products in the market.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft technical collateral, case studies, and other sales enablement materials.

    Experience:

    • 5 years of experience in a technical sales engineering role, preferably in the identity access management or cybersecurity domain.
    • Profound understanding of identity access management concepts, protocols, and technologies, encompassing SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Active Directory, etc.
    • Proficiency with enterprise software solutions, cloud platforms, and security technologies.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-centric environment.
    • Willingness to travel as necessary for customer meetings, presentations, and conferences.

    Package:

    • Basic Salary : up to $140,000
    • OTE : $200,000 (uncapped)
    • Total Package based on a 70/30 split
    • Benefits : 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, etc
