  • COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER - FACILITIES

    Location : Frankfurt, Germany

    Contract Length : Minimum of 6 Months

    This role will require the chosen individual to be on-site a minimum of 3 days per week.

    Our client, a globally recognised Technology Manufacturer, with their European Head Office in Frankfurt Germany.

    As the business expands and evolves, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the commercial aspects of their new office move project.

    Job Description:

    • As the Facilities Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the commercial side of the office move project in Frankfurt.
    • You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and project teams to ensure a seamless transition to our new workspace.

    Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Coordination

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the commercial aspects of the office move.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Establish time-lines, milestones, and resource requirements to ensure project success.

    Vendor Management:

    • Identify and engage with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office relocation services.
    • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service level agreements to secure favourable terms and conditions.
    • Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to project time-lines and quality standards.

    Budget Management:

    • Prepare and manage the project budget, including cost estimates, forecasts, and expenditures.
    • Track expenses, review invoices, and reconcile financial transactions to ensure budget compliance.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient resource allocation strategies.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges related to the office move project.
    • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances.
    • Monitor project progress and proactively address any obstacles or delays to minimize impact.

    Stakeholder Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial aspects of the office move project.
    • Communicate project updates, milestones, and key decisions to internal stakeholders and project teams.
    • Facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate, facilities management, or office relocation.
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with vendors and suppliers.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Fluency in German and English (minimum of B2 level written and spoken).

    Package Offering:

    • Hourly / Day Rate Negotiable
