Job Description
  • Our client is a leading manufacturer and developer of innovative technologies and services.

    As they look to launch a new Global SRM SaaS solution, they are looking to hire an experienced technical sales professional to join their European Business Team.

    The Role:

    • Explore business prospects within targeted industries by harnessing the upcoming SRM solution.
    • Establish connections with key business stakeholders and decision-makers to facilitate successful sales transactions.
    • Collaborate with business partners to spearhead identified sales opportunities, leading intricate technical discussions with customers for both pre-sales and post-sales support concerning our SRM SaaS solution.
    • Engage closely with customers to comprehend their needs, define project scopes, conduct product demonstrations, and contribute to project implementation while ensuring technical support during and after the implementation phase.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor by grasping the customer's long-term goals and journey.
    • Maintain regular communication with the SCM Product Planning Group and the broader International Leadership team to grasp product requirements.

    Experience Required:

    • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of SaaS sales experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the SCM or SRM sector.
    • Solid foundation in business applications, with a preference for expertise in SCM and SRM.
    • Proficient understanding of supplier management, procurement processes, and supply chain dynamics.
    • Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management, encompassing effective oral and written communication.
    • Ability to convey intricate concepts in a straightforward and comprehensible manner.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, including the capacity to derive clear insights, analyses, and conclusions from customer interviews and data.
    • Speaking and written language fluency in German and English.

    Offer / Package:

    • Fixed Salary : €90,000 - €100,000
    • Bonus : 20%
    • Benefits : Company Car, Pension, Private Medical, etc

    This is a hybrid position, with the successful individual required to attend the European Head Office in Frankfurt 1-2 days per week (negotiable).
