SLED Cybersecurity Account Manager - West Coast

Our client is a leading cybersecurity vendor and provider of cybersecurity solutions and services.

Through success and expansion of their US Public Sector Team, they're looking to hire an experienced SLED Account Manager with responsibility for sales throughout the West Coast area.

Applicants will have demonstrable relationships and experience of selling cybersecurity solutions to SLED customers throughout the West Coast, with states including; WA, OR, CA, and NV.

Responsibilities:

• You will drive sales and revenue growth within the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector across the West Coast Region including Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, etc,
• Deliver a sales quota of $1.5M per year,
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets,
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Government agencies and Educational institutions,
• Identifying new business opportunities and understanding customer needs,
• Collaborating with internal teams to demonstrate the value of our cybersecurity solutions,
• Leading contract negotiations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of SLED direct sales experience,
• Minimum of 5 years current cybersecurity solutions sales experience working for a cyber vendor,
• Deep understanding of the SLED market and key contacts in the stated territory,
• Demonstrable experience of achieving sales quota,
• Strategic thinking and communication skills,
• Strong relationship-building and results-driven mindset,
• Bachelor's degree preferable but not essential.

Package / Offer:

• Base : $140,000 - $160,000
• OTE : $280,000 - $320,000 (uncapped)
• Annual RSU's
