  • Our client, a global Financial Services business, is looking to hire an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Risk Expert to join their team in Germany.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to underwriters and brokers regarding cyber services.
    • Analyze clients' requirements and assist in identifying, evaluating, prioritizing, mitigating, and monitoring critical IT security risks impacting Business and IT Service continuity.
    • Conduct advanced research and analyze complex data to deliver technical insights and recommendations.
    • Engage with various levels of the client's organization to enhance awareness and readiness concerning cyber risk issues.
    • Collaborate closely with the cyber crisis management team to offer preparatory support for clients' customers in crisis management, business continuity, and IT service management.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients to respond confidently to disruptive scenarios and establish consistent and scalable processes to bolster business resilience.

    Experience Required:

    • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Security, Information Security, Business Information Systems, or similar.
    • CEFR level C1 or Higher proficiency in German and English.
    • 6 years of relevant experience in at least three of the following areas: Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, Information Security Management, Security Risk Management, or Data Protection.
    • Demonstrated expertise in two or more of the following areas: Cyber Underwriting for corporate clients, IT Security Consulting, IT Security Audit, or line management in Cyber Security.
    • Advanced understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape within the Cyber market, ideally on a global scale, including product design incorporating pre- and post-breach Services.
    • Flexibility to travel extensively nationally and internationally as per project requirements.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences.
    • Proficiency in communication and presentation tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio; MS Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI is desirable.
    • Demonstrated ability to distill complex information and data into concise and compelling formats for management and decision-makers.
    • Ability to acquire and maintain a German security clearance if necessary.

    The Offer:

    • Fixed Salary : €80,000 - €100,000 (experience dependent)
