  • 3rd Line Technical Support Specialist

    Permanent

    £45,000 - £50,000

    Leeds - Hybrid / 2x a week on-site

    Fruition IT are looking for a 3rd Line Technical Support Specialist join a busy and growing MSP. This role will see you act as the final escalation point for an established team of 1st and 2nd line engineers as well as taking on priority 3rd line responsibilities for customer's nationwide.

    What will I be doing?

    • 3rd line and priority technical support
    • Technical leadership of 1st and 2nd line engineers
    • Incident response and management
    • Act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd line issues
    • Hands-on problem solving
    • Write and maintain user guides

    What skills do I need?

    • Proven experience in a 3rd line support role
    • Strong technical understanding including
    • Microsoft Windows Server
    • HyperV troubleshooting
    • Firewall and networking troubleshooting
    • Backup technologies such as Veeam and Datto SAAS
    • Azure cloud services - Beneficial but not essential
