  • Job title: Application Support Analyst
    Location: Shipley (full time on site)
    Salary: Up to £26,000

    I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing data-product-based tech company based in Shipley. They've developed a unique product that solves an extremely common business problem and, at the same time, dramatically reduces a business's carbon footprint.

    This role will see you providing top notch support across internal applications, whilst also opening up the opportunity to get involved in client facing work, supporting the organisation's big-name clients. This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that has excellent opportunities to learn bespoke products and have a training budget at your disposal.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Provide 1st line support to internal and external customers, logging tickets via calls and email
    • Logging and tracking of incidents through to completion
    • Testing of software for end user deployment
    • Performance monitoring and troubleshooting
    • Act as a line of contact between clients and internal development to communicate all product related escalations

    Required skills and experience

    • 1st line Technical Support Experience
    • 3 years experience of supporting a range of technologies, any experience of supporting bespoke software would be beneficial but not essential
    • Strong communication skills
